Camera Obscura

What did you see in the camera obscura?

At first it was totally dark, then after a few seconds the bottom of the screen went lighter than the top (the sky) then the top of the screen started having moving blurs which became clearer as time went on. Then after about 2 minutes u could make out the buildings.

How is the camera obscura similar to an inside of a camera?

The way the camera obscura is similar to the inside of a camera is how there's only a small whole letting light through which projects light from outside into a dark camera or room in our case & projects it onto an image or screen in our case.

How was it different?

You can't take still images of the camera obscura, you can't change the apature, You can't put it in your pocket & take it werever you go & you also can'not fit 5 people inside a camera.

Why was the image upside-down?

Because there was so much light trying to get through the small hole, the light was projected at different angles so the top was projected down through the whole & to the bottom, as is the bottom projected up to the top of the image & so on & so fourth.
